Course consist of Online Lecture and On-Site Weekend Skills Course National Healthcareer Association (NHA) certification with testing at Nurse Resource Training Center. Course includes: 1. Study Materials 2. Take Home Kit 3. CPR Course Discount 4. Textbook 5. National Test Included. Taught by Nurse and Phlebotomy Team Combo! Payment Plans Available through PayPal Credit, Affirm, and Afterpay! Admissions Requirements To enroll, applicants must: Hold a high school diploma or GED. Students must be 18 or older. Graduation Requirements Graduates will receive a Phlebotomy Technician Certificate from Nurse Resource Training Center LLC upon successful completion of all courses and a minimum GPA of 70%.

We have a NO REFUND POLICY Rescheduling - Focused CNA and Phlebotomy Courses -We understand that emergencies do come up. You may reschedule your course by contacting us at least five (5) days before the class. -The student can reschedule and attend another Focused CNA or Phlebotomy course by scheduling with the Program Administrator. Both the student and Program Administrator must agree on the rescheduled date. -You may reschedule your course by contacting us at least five (5) business days prior to your scheduled course date. You will be charged a rescheduling fee of $25.00. You may call 850-792-6619 or email Careers@nurseresourcetrainingcenter.com -Courses must be rescheduled and attended within 60 days from the original registration date. No additional rescheduling requests will be honored.
