Our Mission

Nurse Resource Training Center’s mission is to provide high-quality services that will prepare students to excel at their entry-level healthcare positions and be motivated to increase their education, pursue stable careers and elevate their family's well-being and outlook.

Our Purpose

Our goal is to provide high-quality education to underserved individuals, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to obtain an entry-level healthcare position.

Summary of School

Nurse Resource Training Center LLC (NRTC) is dedicated to advancing underprivileged individuals. We believe that you can positively change your future with education and skills no matter where you are in life.

We seek to empower the community by providing training and skills needed to be economically self-sufficient and successful.

Nurse Resource Training Center offers Hands-on CPR, Test Skills for NCLEX-PN and NCLEX-RN, CNA Testing Center, and a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program that incorporates soft skills and professional development.

Our program will provide a graduation process that includes state test exam prep, resume writing, mock interviews, and job fairs.

Unknown to many, Leon County and Gadsden County have two of the poorest zip codes in the entire state. NRTC is committed to increasing the workforce of high-quality healthcare workers and decreasing the poverty rate in the community.

We plan on doing this by graduating 180 Nursing Assistant students the first year of opening and increasing student enrollment by double the following year.

We plan to help 80% obtain jobs in the workforce. By the end of 2022, we plan to obtain tuition assistance through organizations like Careersource, Goodwill, and the Urban League to help those under-resourced Mothers and Fathers gain access to education at NRTC.
