Please complete the following links: ****Before you pay for Tuition, you must complete and turn in Enrollment Application**** This is a 7 week Nursing Assistant Course Monday - Wednesday 9:00a - 2:15p Non-Refundable Registration Fee $65.00 Course Requirements: Course requirements documents are due no later than the 5 days before the course start date 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Provide 1 form of Government-issued ID Must be a legal US Citizen or approved immigrant status Completed Criminal Background Check Course Includes the following: ***Books and Supplies include the following items: 1. Textbook and Workbook 2. Uniform 3. Student ID Badge 4. Lab Fees 5. Skills Video Resource 6. CPR Certification 7. Blood Pressure Cuff and Stethoscope 8. TB Skin Test (Skin Test Included in Tuition)
Cancellation Policy
We have a NO REFUND POLICY Rescheduling - Focused CNA and Phlebotomy Courses -We understand that emergencies do come up. You may reschedule your course by contacting us at least five (5) days before the class. -The student can reschedule and attend another Focused CNA or Phlebotomy course by scheduling with the Program Administrator. Both the student and Program Administrator must agree on the rescheduled date. -You may reschedule your course by contacting us at least five (5) business days prior to your scheduled course date. You will be charged a rescheduling fee of $25.00. You may call 850-792-6619 or email Careers@nurseresourcetrainingcenter.com -Courses must be rescheduled and attended within 60 days from the original registration date. No additional rescheduling requests will be honored.
