Service Description
This is a blended course 24 Hours Online followed by a 4 - 6 hour in person hands-on skill class. This course meets the Florida IV Therapy Certification requirements for the state of Florida. All Nurses will receive 30 Contact hours on CE Broker. Requirement: 1. Must have an active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse License (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). - Class One - Over Zoom for introduction and online course access. Class Two - In-person course at 3471 North Monroe Street, Suite B, Tallahassee, Florida, 32308 The online portion must be completed before attending the In-person class.

We have a NO REFUND POLICY Rescheduling -We understand that emergencies do come up. You may reschedule your course by contacting us at least five (5) days before the class. -The student can reschedule and attend another Healthcare course by scheduling with the Program Administrator. Both the student and Program Administrator must agree on the rescheduled date. -You may reschedule your course by contacting us at least five (5) business days prior to your scheduled course date. You will be charged a rescheduling fee of $25.00. No additional rescheduling requests will be honored.
